Ultra high end top floor penthouse in the Lionsquare North Tower, located at the base of the Lionshead Gondola and Born Free Express chairlift. It is adjacent to the Arrabelle, near all the shops and restaurants in the Lionshead Village. There is a private elevator that takes you from the heated garage directly into your unit. It is one of the premier rental residences in all of Vail!! This vast residence boasts over 3,200 square feet of living space, including 2 master bedrooms. Each bathroom is beautifully appointed and offers granite countertops, luxury finishes, and artisan showers. The 2nd master bath also has a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom is set up with luxury bedding & mattresses and there are two moss rock fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the 2nd master bedroom). 

Lionsquare North #402 is great for entertaining! It has 5 flat screen TVs, a number of DVD players, stereo, docking stations, and high-speed wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with enough appliances, like Subzero and Wolf, and utensils to satisfy even the most discriminating chef. 

Lionsquare Lodge North has a private garage for the Tower Residences, with 3 assigned parking spaces. There is a fabulous workout room just below the unit and a secluded hot tub and steam room that are limited to Tower Residence occupants.  A full-size swimming pool and hot tubs are accessible at the adjacent Lionsquare Lodge, as is the El Sabor restaurant. The residence has a ski locker at your disposal right by the entrance.

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:

•    Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks
•    Employees will stay home if sick.
•    Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
•    Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
•    Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
•    High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
•    Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Beautifully appointed condo. We had 11 in our family group 6 adults and 5 kids under 10. It spaciois and comfortable. THe 5 bedrooms, 6 bath and assorted other general areas gave the kids countless hours of fun playing hide and seek. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for the dinners we cooked each night. Really a very wonderful place.

Every amenity was well thought out and the detail in the apartment was fantastic. From the private elevator to the bedroom sizes, mattress quality, bathrooms, kitchen utensils and place settings, nothing was overlooked. One of the nicest attributes was the pool and hot tub in the adjoining building and the perfect location next to the gondola and downtown.

This is an impressive place, we were so glad to find a single level property as I didn't want my parents to have to climb stairs. There were 8 of us in total staying here, and there was plenty of room! The elevator opens right into the home. Each bedroom has a private bath, there is even another half bath next to the washer/dryer. The kitchen is beautiful, and pots, pans, and cooking implements are plentiful. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies. The fireplaces are a nice touch and were great to have even in the summer! The view from the living room balcony is beautiful, it's a perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was great having 3 parking spaces even though we only needed 2 of them, and the hot tub downstairs was very cozy. The pool for the property and two more hot tubs are located at the building just down the street. The location was perfect as well, plenty of shops/restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in/check out was a breeze as well. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Vail!!

The property was very nice, spacious, and a perfect location! I would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and nicely set up. I would suggest new renters be aware that the parking spaces are very narrow & not always regulated.  Thanks for making our stay super comfortable!

This apartment is wonderfully located. It is very close to the Lionshead Gondola lift, closer to the Lionshead ski school. There is a lovely view of Vail mountain from one of the porches. The apartment has 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and closet. There is an additional half bath near the laundry. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, two of the bedrooms have 2 twins and the final one has a pull out sofa and day bed. The apartment has a large kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are substantial kitchen pots/pans and gadgets to cook dinner. There is a Grill on the porch that you can use to grill. The living area of the apartment is large. There is a large sectional sofa and two arm chairs around the large TV. There are two dining tables for eating, games. etc. Plus 3 chairs around the kitchen island. The apartment comes with daily maid service. They do a good job of keeping the apartment clean. The apartment is looking alittle worn in places. There are lots of plates, but all of them have chips in them. The dishwasher needs a repairman to replace the missing rack in the bottom and clean the broken glass out of the filter. I had a wonderful experience with Berkshire Hathaway. I found them very responsive and adaptable. We would rent the apartment again. We would recommend it to friends

We picked the right place to stay for our summer vacation in Vail. Luxury accommodations right in the middle of everything. The kids thought the elevator in the condo was really cool. Perfect size for two families of four. Prudential Properties very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

The condo was spectacular! Great location and fun for the whole family. Great restaurants and shopping close by and close to the bus stop to go to Vail Village. Kitchen was well equipped with commercial Wolf gas oven and burners. One down side is no shuttle bus.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in any residence. A minimum of $500 will be charged if pets or evidence of pets are discovered. If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $35 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots.
  • Shipping of luggage. 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions []: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away. Ship your gear before you leave, and let 8110 Storage deliver it to your door when you get here!
  • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Phone app and is in the rental property.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
  • COVID-19 Quarantine- In the event that you learn that you or anyone in your party contracts COVID-19 during your stay and you are instructed to quarantine, we will do our best to work with you but make no guarantees that you will be able to quarantine in the same property. Additional charges will apply based on the rate at that time for any extension beyond your agreed upon checkout date.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
  7. A fee will be charged for last minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs.
