Guests of The North Tower #402 will be afforded the very finest in luxury accommodations, optimally positioned in the very heart of Lionshead Village, a mere bare foot trot to the ski lifts. The private elevator will take you ski high, right to the top floor and into the foyer of your condominium. Classically and fashionably furnished in a mod-mountain ski lodge decor. Dark earthen toned hardwood flooring throughout and elegantly accented with rich colored area rugs. Double your pleasure and warmth with two moss rock gas fireplaces, one on the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The wall of windows offers a plentitude of light and splendid views of Vail Mountain. All the popular conveniences and amenities one could wish for….and then some. Come and see.

Located at the base of the Lionshead Gondola and Born Free Express chairlift. It is adjacent to the Arrabelle, near all the shops and restaurants in the Lionshead Village. This property presents over 3,200 square feet of living space, including 2 master bedrooms. Each bathroom is beautifully appointed and offers granite countertops, luxury finishes, and artisan showers. The 2nd master bath also has a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom is set up with luxury bedding & mattresses. Lionsquare North #402 is great for entertaining! It has 5 flat screen TVs, a number of DVD players, stereo, docking stations, and high-speed wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with enough appliances (like Subzero and Wolf) and utensils to satisfy even the most discriminating chef. Lionsquare Lodge North has a private garage for the Tower Residences, with 3 assigned parking spaces. There is a fabulous workout room just below the unit and a secluded hot tub and steam room that are limited to Tower Residence occupants. A full-size swimming pool and hot tubs are accessible at the adjacent

Lionsquare Lodge, as is the El Sabor restaurant. The residence has a ski locker at your disposal right by the entrance.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

The property is very well situated; super convenient to lifts, Lionshead Village, etc. It has beautiful views and is very soundproof which, with kids, is really helpful. The bedrooms aren't huge, and there are some signs of wear and tear, but you can tell that it's a quality, well-built unit. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful location. Lots of room for our group of 7. Perfect location for shopping, ski lift, and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool. The front desk was great with taking care of us. The bellman provided us transportation when we needed it and we never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Dillon, one of the front desk managers, went above and beyond to coordinate transportation to the airport when we had issues with the airlines and our flights.

We enjoyed a getaway with family and a few friends in this beautiful condo!!

This spacious and comfortable condo is perfect for a family ski vacation at Vail. A very short walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola, shops and restaurants, it has lovely views of the mountain. One tip: if you’re renting a big SUV, choose one without ski racks, the heated garage has low clearance.

Beautifully appointed condo. We had 11 in our family group 6 adults and 5 kids under 10. It spaciois and comfortable. THe 5 bedrooms, 6 bath and assorted other general areas gave the kids countless hours of fun playing hide and seek. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for the dinners we cooked each night. Really a very wonderful place.

Every amenity was well thought out and the detail in the apartment was fantastic. From the private elevator to the bedroom sizes, mattress quality, bathrooms, kitchen utensils and place settings, nothing was overlooked. One of the nicest attributes was the pool and hot tub in the adjoining building and the perfect location next to the gondola and downtown.

This is an impressive place, we were so glad to find a single level property as I didn't want my parents to have to climb stairs. There were 8 of us in total staying here, and there was plenty of room! The elevator opens right into the home. Each bedroom has a private bath, there is even another half bath next to the washer/dryer. The kitchen is beautiful, and pots, pans, and cooking implements are plentiful. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies. The fireplaces are a nice touch and were great to have even in the summer! The view from the living room balcony is beautiful, it's a perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was great having 3 parking spaces even though we only needed 2 of them, and the hot tub downstairs was very cozy. The pool for the property and two more hot tubs are located at the building just down the street. The location was perfect as well, plenty of shops/restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in/check out was a breeze as well. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Vail!!

The property was very nice, spacious, and a perfect location! I would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and nicely set up. I would suggest new renters be aware that the parking spaces are very narrow & not always regulated.  Thanks for making our stay super comfortable!

This apartment is wonderfully located. It is very close to the Lionshead Gondola lift, closer to the Lionshead ski school. There is a lovely view of Vail mountain from one of the porches. The apartment has 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and closet. There is an additional half bath near the laundry. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, two of the bedrooms have 2 twins and the final one has a pull out sofa and day bed. The apartment has a large kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are substantial kitchen pots/pans and gadgets to cook dinner. There is a Grill on the porch that you can use to grill. The living area of the apartment is large. There is a large sectional sofa and two arm chairs around the large TV. There are two dining tables for eating, games. etc. Plus 3 chairs around the kitchen island. The apartment comes with daily maid service. They do a good job of keeping the apartment clean. The apartment is looking alittle worn in places. There are lots of plates, but all of them have chips in them. The dishwasher needs a repairman to replace the missing rack in the bottom and clean the broken glass out of the filter. I had a wonderful experience with Berkshire Hathaway. I found them very responsive and adaptable. We would rent the apartment again. We would recommend it to friends

This penthouse is absolutely stunning! It has an amazing view and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. It's luxurious and well maintained. The rooms are large and well decorated. The location is perfect and you can walk every where. We can't ask for a better place to stay.

We picked the right place to stay for our summer vacation in Vail. Luxury accommodations right in the middle of everything. The kids thought the elevator in the condo was really cool. Perfect size for two families of four. Prudential Properties very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

The condo was spectacular! Great location and fun for the whole family. Great restaurants and shopping close by and close to the bus stop to go to Vail Village. Kitchen was well equipped with commercial Wolf gas oven and burners. One down side is no shuttle bus.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICIES:

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
  • We provide a starter of fine soap, shampoo/conditioner combo and body lotion.  We do not restock these amenities during your stay so please plan accordingly. We do supply limited laundry detergent.
  • Each bathroom is stocked with 4 sets of towels.  Additional towels can be provided for a small additional fee.
  • Daily or additional housekeeping service is available to the guest at an additional charge.
  • The Ritz Carlton reservations receive daily housekeeping.
  • Housekeeping will arrive between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Please note our housekeepers drive to each of our properties, and are not located on-site. If housekeeping is turned away by your party on their scheduled day & time, there will be a fee for housekeeping to return at another time. There is no guarantee that housekeeping will be able to return on that same day for housekeeping services.

SPECIAL POLICIES: Smoking, Pets, parking, shipping of luggage, wifi, more.
  • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any residence. A minimum $500 fee may be charged if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in residences (*see exceptions). A minimum of $500 will be charged if pets or evidence of pets are discovered. If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights. [*Exceptions (4): Timber Creek Lodges 10B; Bighorn Residence 4515; 5025 Main Gore Place; Tall Pines. NO other properties allow pets]
  • No Parties: Renter agrees to not have or permit any party in the residence or on a related area such as a lawn, driveway, porch, patio, or balcony.
  • Noise: Between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am noise levels must be reduced to ensure everyone's rest and relaxation. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Music, TVs, conversations, including hot tub areas, should be kept at a level inaudible by other residences. Fines for violations start at $250 and will be assessed to the guest on the primary reservation confirmation.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $55 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots. FOR ALL PROPERTIES, PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM FINE OF $100 OR MORE PER VEHICLE PER DAY.
  • Shipping of any items. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE RESIDENCE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT! We are not responsible for any lost or missing items that are shipped to the residence or our office.  For luggage please refer to the following information: 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions [https://www.bhhsvail.com/guest-services/shipping/]: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away. Ship your gear before you leave, and let 8110 Storage deliver it to your door when you get here! For any other items, you can use the UPS offices (there may be a fee) located in West Vail [ph. (970) 476-3292, 2121 N Frontage Rd W, Vail, Colorado 81657] OR Avon [ph. (970) 949-0615, 150 E Beaver Creek Blvd A102, Avon, CO 81620].
  • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Guest Portal and is in the rental property.
  • Home Electronics: If any wiring, electronics, or settings are altered by the guest or anyone in the party, then a fee starting at $100 per hour will be billed to your payment method on file for an A/V technician to correct and repair. This includes but is not limited to settings and wiring changes caused by adding your own devices to TV inputs, as well as missing batteries from remotes or any other device in the residence.
  • Furniture, furnishings, appliances, and other items within vacation rental properties: All vacation residences are privately owned, and, as such, are furnished by, and used by, the respective rental property owners. Therefore, guests are not permitted to relocate any furniture, furnishings, appliances, and/or other items located throughout the vacation residence. Further, any television/cable remote control devices or ceiling fan remote control devices must be returned to the room or rooms where they were originally found. If furniture, furnishings, appliances and/or other items are relocated by the guest or others, the guest will be assessed for all charges to replace the respective items to the original location.
  • Repairs: Although each vacation residence is inspected prior to guest arrivals, there may be items that could require attention during the guest stay. If any item(s) that may require repair are discovered during inspection and/or guest occupancy, the guest is requested to contact the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office.
  • Amenities: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices cannot guarantee that all amenities (pools, hot tubs, coffee makers, etc.) will be in working condition. We will attempt to repair broken amenities as quickly as possible depending on third party vendor and parts availability. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have control over when an amenity may malfunction. Accordingly, no full and/or partial refunds whatsoever will be provided to the registered guest. ALL AMENITIES ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please inspect each amenity prior to using. Should any problems be determined please do not use and promptly contact us.
  • Lockouts: Should the guest and/or any occupant(s) lock themselves out of their rental residence and a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices representative is dispatched to unlock said property, a service fee will be assessed to the guest.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.

Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
  7. A fee will be charged for last minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs.
