RENTING YOUR WEEKS:

If you wish to list your Timbers Bachelor Gulch week(s), please click on the link below. The link will open an e-signature form. After you complete and e-sign the form, it will automatically email you a copy for your records. In addition, it will also send a copy directly to the Timbers Member Services and BHHS Colorado Properties for prompt review.

After your available week(s) are reviewed and confirmed by Timbers Bachelor Gulch and BHHS, we will place them into our  distinguished luxury rental program. We confirm via email its addition to our inventory.

ONCE YOUR WEEK HAS BEEN RENTED:

After your week has been rented, we will notify you via email confirming the dates that were booked. Should you wish to remove dates from our rental inventory, please be sure to check with us first.

Please note that we do not retain staff on weekends to perform owner administrative tasks, however we do retain reservation professionals to pursue leads and to produce reservations sales.

 

REMOVING YOUR NIGHTS FROM OUR RENTAL INVENTORY:

Should you wish to release your un-rented nights from our luxury rental program, click on the link below and enter your name and the dates to remove. After you complete, e-sign, and submit the form, it will email to BHHS Colorado Properties.  The information submitted on the form will be verified, and if those nights have not been already rented, then the nights will be removed from BHHS inventory and we will sign the form as such. You will then receive a copy of the signed form and Timbers Member Services will automatically receive the form as well.

**Completing and submitting the form does not automatically remove un-rented nights from inventory. We need to verify that the week has not already been rented or in process of being rented.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR WEEK:

Sending an email is the most efficient method to check the status of your residence. Please include the specifics week that you are requesting information on as this will help expedite faster response in busy times. We will do our best to get back to you promptly.

 

WHEN ARE THE CHECKS SENT TO ME FOR MY RENTAL?

The checks will be generated and sent on the 10th of the month following the departure date (exception for New Year’s rentals which are mailed January 10th).

Have you moved recently or within the past few years? Please make sure we have your correct mailing address so we can get the check to the right place the first time. This also will avoid a stop payment fees from being accessed.
