Can I get discounted ski rentals and airport transportation?

One month prior to your arrival date we will email you a check in form and online trip planning tool. In this tool you can access links to discounted ski rentals and airport transportation. 

How many cars can I park at the rental? Is their skier parking available? 

The number of cars parked at each property varies from property to property and is posted in the property description on our website and in our Berkshire Hathaway Colorado Properties phone app. Additional parking is available in Vail at the Vail Parking Structure and the Lionshead Parking Structures. They charge $30 a day for skier parking and $50 for overnight parking. Beaver Creek lots are $10 a day for skier parking. Overnight parking in the Beaver Creek lots will need to be registered through the Beaver Creek Reception Center.   

What type of coffee maker is in the residence?

Each property will have a regular coffee maker.

Is there a hair dryer in the unit?

Each property will have at least one hair dryer.

Are there humidifiers in the rental?

We provide a humidifier in each bedroom.

Is there WiFi in the residence?

All of the properties that we represent have wireless high speed internet service or Wifi.  These properties use Comcast/Xfinity or Century Link as their service provider.  We make every effort to ensure that the internet is functioning properly prior to your arrival, however, we make no representations or guarantees that the internet will work all of the time.

Where do we check in?

Check in will be directly at the property. Approximately one month prior to your arrival, we will email you an online check in form and trip planning guide. Please fill this form out and the directions/codes will be emailed to you seven days prior to arrival. Just follow the directions directly to the property.

What is the house stocked with for my arrival?

Your rental property will come supplied with bed linens, towels, starter soaps, and a starter of shampoo/conditioner combo and lotion. The kitchens are also stocked with paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We do supply laundry detergent as well. 

If our property is listed as being on the bus shuttle route, how often does the bus pick up?

The shuttle bus schedule varies during the ski season. For the most accurate information please visit the websites listed below.

In town Vail buses run to and from Golden Peak to Lionshead on a non stop basis. Beaver Creek shuttles to Beaver Creek Village from the Beaver Creek Skier lots also run on a non stop basis. 

What do we do if we have an emergency after your business hours?

We have one of our employees on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies. Please call 970-476-3800 ext 9 and you will be connected to our after hours answering service who will get a message to the manager on duty and we will give you a call back promptly.
