It’s bright, airy and spacious. Upon arrival, you’re ushered up to the ski/mud room. The main level boasts a great room with high ceilings and ample light. • Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

The place is even better than the photos - large, airy windows everywhere, high end kitchen, 2 car garage, short walk to the hot tub, very nice system to get you information about things like wifi password and door codes, easy/painless checkout list (none of this "strip the beds" nonsense you often see). If we head back to Vail we'll check for availability here for sure - would love to return. We knew it was nice from the listing, but were really impressed with how spacious and luxurious this condo is in person.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Vail. The condo was great - clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, humidifiers in every bedroom and close to grocery stores and shuttle (although we didn't use the shuttle much because of its infrequency). Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for my family - well laid out and very well supplied with dishes and utensils, spices, etc. The unit was spotlessly clean and the pictures are very accurate. Check in and check out was all handled by email and text and there was no need to call the property manager but I have no doubt the response would have been perfect. Fantastic experience - 5+ stars!

This end unit felt more like our own home than a condo with different levels for privacy and spacious living and dining areas for gathering. We enjoyed birdwatching on the wraparound deck nestled in the aspens with stunning mountain views. Right across the road is a babbling creek and the North Trail with several hiking directions. Nearby are 2 grocery stores and the free shuttle stops for the village and other trailheads. Helpful collection of books on the trails, flora and fauna of the area on the bookshelf. Easy check in and out. Wonderful end-of-July experience here for both hikers and cyclists in our group of 4!

We totally enjoyed our stay there. The fact that it is an end unit meant that you have great views in the back, side and front. And there is a great hiking trail within walking distance. It is a quaint unit where you can spend days just hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was very clean. The fireplace in the living room (not wood burning) puts out a lot of heat and creates a nice ambiance. While we loved the place, since this is a 4 level unit, it is not ideal for those that have issues with stairs. There are stairs to walk up to the front door (or from the garage). Then there are additional stairs to reach the living room and one of the bedrooms. You take stairs down to a cozy room which kids and adults would equally love. It has a small bed and a sofa with windows to the side which looks out to the side of the hill with Aspen. From the living room, you take some stairs to get to the kitchen and additional stairs up to get to the two other bedrooms. The location is within minutes from the Vail mall which is really the centerpiece of Vail with all the quaint shops, gardens, etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well appointed, and the place was very clean. Plenty of space for 6 of us. We used the shuttle to get to town multiple times. Note the condo is at the end of a fairly long driveway, but very doable.

This property was exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind during a long weekend in Vail. Everything was very clean and there were so many extras giving it a personal touch. Large glass windows opened to a magnificent view of the mountains. There was plenty of space to spread out so we weren’t crowded even with six people. The location was a definite plus. No traffic and so quiet. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool so can’t comment on that although it was available a short distance away if we had made time to use it. Checking in and out was extremely easy. We did have a little trouble getting the front door to lock but, could get it locked with a little work. Overall this was a positive experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in Vail, and would recommend this property to others.

Great location, easy to access off I-70. End unit with wrap-around deck was a nice feature. We could easily hear Buffehr Creek flowing which made sleep soothing and reading pleasant. Hiking and Mountain Bike trails started at the garage door! The small pool was perfect for my grandkids. A dining table outside would have been nice, but all's good.

Vail Point #40 was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room to spread out. There were technically 4 split levels, but each one had only ½ flight of stairs (1 bedroom on the bottom/basement level, living room and 1 bedroom/bath on the main level, kitchen on the third level and 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and the loft on the 4th level). It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the garage parking for 2 cars was nice to have and it was a very short drive to Vail, the grocery store, etc. The only suggestions from our group would be to update to a smart TV in the living room (I didn't use it much, but apparently it required several TV remotes), brighter lightbulbs (especially in the kitchen and bathrooms), and a lock should be installed on the door to the main level bathroom. None of these things would deter me from booking Vail Point #40 again. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and specifically Jennifer, were great to work with! She was very responsive and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it. Beautiful property!

Excellent property, a quick 2 minute walk to shuttle stop which takes you no more than 10 minutes to hit the vail or lions head villages. The house was extremely clean and modernized with very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The hot tub is about a 30 second walk from the front of the house, and neighbors seemed friendly. Good for a large group or family!

We had a great time at our house in Vail, the house was perfect and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. The parking at Lions Head and Vail was easy and free. There is a trail head to Buffehr Creek trail head is walking distance from the house. This house felt like home. We would definitely rent this house again in the future

We loved the property and the location. It was perfect for our family. Parking is a challenge with a large SUV, mostly because the parking garage is misused by other people parking in reserved slots. We did have a great vacation and loved everything about the condo!

Overall very lovely condo. Nice and spacious with lots of natural light. Great location with fast access to groceries and the highway. Two things kept this from being 5-stars: 1) The gas range could use some maintenance. Not all the burners light and some of them were cross wired. 2) There was some maintenance of the condo that happened while we were staying there. The maintenance was not coordinated with us and provided us a quick scare when the garage door opened unexpectedly. Overall, a great place for a long weekend in Vail.

Had a great stay at Vail Point # 40 . Condo was located within 3 miles of Vail ski area and close proximity to every store you need. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities for a several night stay. Slept 5 guys comfortably with plenty of space in the living room and kitchen areas. Enjoyed the community hot tub but plenty of space to add one to the large deck ! Ha.

This place was perfect for our early Christmas getaway for my family of 7 plus a baby. Lots of space and beautiful views. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Vail. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our group. The only downside for us was the hot tub was under construction during our stay and I wish that we were made aware of that beforehand. A small hiccup and overall we loved our stay.

The house is newly remodeled and furnished very well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The four levels led to lots of open space but also privacy. We loved the deck and porch but a table or two would have been nice. We wanted to eat outside and enjoy the gorgeous July weather but there were only a half dozen chairs so eating outdoors didn't happen. The location is very close to stores, activities, and I-70. 3 parking spaces was a huge plus. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, too. Beautiful views from this unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Berkshire did an excellent job - responsive and accommodating. The app was especially useful. The condo is modern, spacious and comfortable. Access to Aria was a plus. Short shuttle to lifts. Only comment is that the loft space is very close to kitchen table so we put up a sheet for people sleeping there.

Upscale property with plenty of space. Comfortable bedrooms, well furnished. Would definitely rent again. Only negative - property hadn't been open in a while, so had that musty smell and a lot of dead bugs throughout property. Once we got those cleaned up- we really enjoyed our stay.

  • No Parties: Renter agrees to not have or permit any party in the residence or on a related area such as a lawn, driveway, porch, patio, or balcony.
  • Noise: Between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am noise levels must be reduced to ensure everyone's rest and relaxation. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Music, TVs, conversations, including hot tub areas, should be kept at a level inaudible by other residences. Fines for violations start at $250 and will be assessed to the guest on the primary reservation confirmation.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $55 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Guest Portal and is in the rental property.
  • Home Electronics: If any wiring, electronics, or settings are altered by the guest or anyone in the party, then a fee starting at $100 per hour will be billed to your payment method on file for an A/V technician to correct and repair. This includes but is not limited to settings and wiring changes caused by adding your own devices to TV inputs, as well as missing batteries from remotes or any other device in the residence.
  • Furniture, furnishings, appliances, and other items within vacation rental properties: All vacation residences are privately owned, and, as such, are furnished by, and used by, the respective rental property owners. Therefore, guests are not permitted to relocate any furniture, furnishings, appliances, and/or other items located throughout the vacation residence. Further, any television/cable remote control devices or ceiling fan remote control devices must be returned to the room or rooms where they were originally found. If furniture, furnishings, appliances and/or other items are relocated by the guest or others, the guest will be assessed for all charges to replace the respective items to the original location.
  • Repairs: Although each vacation residence is inspected prior to guest arrivals, there may be items that could require attention during the guest stay. If any item(s) that may require repair are discovered during inspection and/or guest occupancy, the guest is requested to contact the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office.
  • Amenities: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices cannot guarantee that all amenities (pools, hot tubs, coffee makers, etc.) will be in working condition. We will attempt to repair broken amenities as quickly as possible depending on third party vendor and parts availability. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have control over when an amenity may malfunction. Accordingly, no full and/or partial refunds whatsoever will be provided to the registered guest. ALL AMENITIES ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please inspect each amenity prior to using. Should any problems be determined please do not use and promptly contact us.
  • Lockouts: Should the guest and/or any occupant(s) lock themselves out of their rental residence and a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices representative is dispatched to unlock said property, a service fee will be assessed to the guest.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
  7. A fee will be charged for last minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs.
