It reminds one of an MC Escher painting in its architectural design with hints of homage to The Starship Enterprise…..boldly going where no designer has gone before. With two front entrances like the forward and aft of a vessel, its almost as if there are two separate abodes.

Enterprisingly exceptional in its execution. Even more exciting when you let the sunlight in by electronically controlling the blinds with state of the art technology. With a whir and a whoosh the blinds open onto a resplendent valley of wonder, while the light floods into the sunken living room with its high ceilings and statuesque windows. It brightens the extravagant interior, illuminating the artistically placed abstract modern art pieces, curated to add just the right amount of color and texture. It’s a visual feast! And every gathering is a festive occasion with the snow frosted potted evergreen that holds space in the corner of the living room. The two-tiered outdoor deck w hot tub and couch table/chairs make this another great spot for relaxing apres-ski or stargazing while taking a soak. With its open and airy living plan, large gas fireplace and modern kitchen with all the contemporary amenities, its the perfect showplace. There’s a ski rack in the garage and a ski boot warmer in the mud room/foyer.

Stunning decor, creature comforts, and a great location, in Eagle-Vail, make this the perfect Vail Valley retreat. Eagle-Vail is a lovely community just a few miles between Vail and Beaver Creek. Not on the shuttle line, but fortunately, Beaver Creek parking is only 5 minutes away and travel to Vail is a mere 10 minutes. Guests can walk one block in the summer to the majestic Eagle-Vail Golf Course and Clubhouse.

Each of the four bedrooms is wonderfully equipped with an en- suite bathroom, and there are TWO fabulous master bedrooms. There is also an extra den room, while the two bedrooms with bunk beds are located on the lower level of this spacious home. Your entire crew will find the two car garage, 4 flat screen smart TVs, washer and dryer, and high speed WiFi (and more) very useful.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

This property worked great for our family to stay at. Location is very close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. It had a large kitchen that was well stocked. We had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Hot tub ??

This place is awesome! The beds were very comfortable (all of them), the kitchen was well stocked and organized, the area is gorgeous and the property management company was great to work with. The house exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted to stay longer and may book again for another season.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! Perfect size for large parties or a few families as it’s very spread out. Gorgeous views , kitchen fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook. We had plenty of high end towels, pillows & linen, and nice cozy blankets:) A quick easy 10 min drive to lionshead village and 12 min to vail village. We definitely will be returning again next year & plan to stay longer next time!

The house was perfect for our ski group. We were at an equal distance between both Vail and Beaver Creek. The house size, view and amenities were amazing and exactly as described. The only issues are very fixable, the salt and pepper were down to barely anything left, someone came on our second day to add chlorine to the hot tub so we couldn't get in it right after skiing and had to wait until 9pm, and the hill getting down to the house is extremely steep and not prepped for snow. We had to shovel and purchase salt/other materials to get up and down the hill on the first day. I am still giving it 5 stars, because these are easy fixes for the next stay and we loved it!!

We had a wonderful stay at 184 Eagle Drive, Eagle Vail for a week 05-26- -2020 to 06-01-2020. We are a family from Australia parents with two kids. We loved the house, full of light with beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains. The house presents a luxurious atmosphere,  very clean, well kept and professionally designed for comfort and style. The kitchen is fully equipped with every-possible utensil to craft delicious meals. Huge bedrooms and bathroom, large kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with beautiful fire place and a big TV. My kids enjoyed s separate media room where they could play in peace. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels  in the bathrooms and central heating makes the stay very pleasant. Spring time is a great time to visit Vail, with lush green mountains, white cascading rivers.  We enjoyed hiking along the rivers, creeks, alpine lakes and cycling along dedicated trails. The house has a beautiful outdoor spa with mountain views where we relaxed in the evening after hiking. Eagle Vail community center down the road offers first class recreation opportunities: Golf, tennis and basketball courts, soccer field, dirt bike course, a play ground for kids and a swimming pool. My kids enjoyed the play ground and the dirt bike course. We  highly recommend vising Eagle Vail and staying in 184 Eagle drive home.

We loved our stay at this house for our ski trip to Vail and Beaver Creek. The house was actually better than the pictures show, which is the first time that I can remember that happening! We loved everything about this house. The only issue we had is that due to all the snow and how steep the driveway was, we couldn’t really use the driveway. We had to park at the top of the driveway every morning and sometimes still got stuck in the morning. Overall slightly inconvenient, but not a big deal and worth it for the house.

We greatly enjoyed the experience at Whiskey Hill (their name for the property). The check in process was very easy and everything was really clean. There was one minor issue with the water pressure, but after a quick call from management it was immediately taken care of. The property was the perfect size for our group and we really enjoyed the location and the views.

We had a great time staying at this property over spring break. We’ve been to Beaver Creek for the last decade and this was one of the best spots we stayed at. The kitchen and living area are open so you can have a lot of time visiting, playing games or hanging out near the fireplace. There’s plenty a room for a second family to stay. Nice proximity to the mountain. Very close to grocery store to stock up for food. The owners are accommodating and made sure everything was just right. We would absolutely stay here again Winter or Summer!

Awesome mountain house, with great views, newly renovated, private hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The house is also centrally located, ~10 minute drive to Vail Ski Resort, and ~8 minutes to Beaver Creek and directly off of I-70 for easy access. Would likely be a great spot in summer as well as it's directly next to a golf club. Plenty of space inside, and a nice fire place and flat screen tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Roku, etc. you name it. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully appointed for a ski vacation. Extremely well appointed. From the mudroom with lots of hooks and cubbies, built in boot warmers, to the kitchen and living areas, this house was wonderful. Lots of space, and great setup all around.

If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights.   • No Parties: Renter agrees to not have or permit any party in the residence or on a related area such as a lawn, driveway, porch, patio, or balcony.
  • Noise: Between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am noise levels must be reduced to ensure everyone's rest and relaxation. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Music, TVs, conversations, including hot tub areas, should be kept at a level inaudible by other residences. Fines for violations start at $250 and will be assessed to the guest on the primary reservation confirmation.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $55 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots. FOR ALL PROPERTIES, PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM FINE OF $100 OR MORE PER VEHICLE PER DAY.
  • Shipping of any items. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE RESIDENCE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT! We are not responsible for any lost or missing items that are shipped to the residence or our office.  For luggage please refer to the following information: 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions [https://www.bhhsvail.com/guest-services/shipping/]: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away. Ship your gear before you leave, and let 8110 Storage deliver it to your door when you get here! For any other items, you can use the UPS offices (there may be a fee) located in West Vail [ph. (970) 476-3292, 2121 N Frontage Rd W, Vail, Colorado 81657] OR Avon [ph. (970) 949-0615, 150 E Beaver Creek Blvd A102, Avon, CO 81620].
  • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Guest Portal and is in the rental property.
  • Home Electronics: If any wiring, electronics, or settings are altered by the guest or anyone in the party, then a fee starting at $100 per hour will be billed to your payment method on file for an A/V technician to correct and repair. This includes but is not limited to settings and wiring changes caused by adding your own devices to TV inputs, as well as missing batteries from remotes or any other device in the residence.
  • Furniture, furnishings, appliances, and other items within vacation rental properties: All vacation residences are privately owned, and, as such, are furnished by, and used by, the respective rental property owners. Therefore, guests are not permitted to relocate any furniture, furnishings, appliances, and/or other items located throughout the vacation residence. Further, any television/cable remote control devices or ceiling fan remote control devices must be returned to the room or rooms where they were originally found. If furniture, furnishings, appliances and/or other items are relocated by the guest or others, the guest will be assessed for all charges to replace the respective items to the original location.
  • Repairs: Although each vacation residence is inspected prior to guest arrivals, there may be items that could require attention during the guest stay. If any item(s) that may require repair are discovered during inspection and/or guest occupancy, the guest is requested to contact the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office.
  • Amenities: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices cannot guarantee that all amenities (pools, hot tubs, coffee makers, etc.) will be in working condition. We will attempt to repair broken amenities as quickly as possible depending on third party vendor and parts availability. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have control over when an amenity may malfunction. Accordingly, no full and/or partial refunds whatsoever will be provided to the registered guest. ALL AMENITIES ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please inspect each amenity prior to using. Should any problems be determined please do not use and promptly contact us.
  • Lockouts: Should the guest and/or any occupant(s) lock themselves out of their rental residence and a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices representative is dispatched to unlock said property, a service fee will be assessed to the guest.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
