Gorgeous house accommodating up to six guests with two bedrooms, one double sofa bed, and one bathroom. The house was completely remodeled in 2018, including new appliances and furniture. It is well appointed and complete with fireplace, washer/dryer, internet, and three HD televisions.

There is a sunny large deck facing the East Vail mountainside with hot tub, grill, and lawn chairs. An added bonus is the food market and liquor store a few minutes from the house. The property is conveniently located on the free shuttle bus line that runs to Vail Village and the lifts every 15 minutes during ski season, and every 30 minutes in summer. This is a great location for vacationers in both winter and summer with easy access to hiking trails, the golf course, bicycling, and cross-country skiing. We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:

•    Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks
•    Employees will stay home if sick.
•    Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
•    Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
•    Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
•    High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
•    Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Hot tub was nice to have with a great view of the Gore Mountain Range. Only concern we had was the lack of A/C since it was over 80 during the day and felt hot at night. Windows and fans can only do so much. Other than the that, the place was just what we were looking for.

This house was very cute like the description says. Is it a little small but it was perfect for my just my husband and I. It would be great for a family of 4 since 1 of the bedrooms has two twin beds. The deck and the views were beautiful. The only negative thing I could say is that randomly on our last night the hot tub was acting up. The temp went down drastically to 70° and wasn't even heated up by the time we left the next morning. It worked the first few days we stayed so I'm not sure what happened. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and I would definitely recommend this for a couple or small family.

This spot was perfect for 3-4 people. With a queen bed and two oversized twins, there was just enough space for myself and 2 other friends. The hot tub, while kind of tight, is perfect for those cold evenings after skiing the slopes from early in the morning. We did most of our cooking in the unit as there is plenty of cooking utensils and even some supplies left over from past visitors like coffee grounds and sugar. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, only downside is it's not necessarily smack dab in the middle of VAIL but its SUPER close.

  Overall this house was perfect for me and my son. The living space was comfortable, modern and clean, and the gas fireplace was a really nice touch. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, great porch with hot tub and wonderful Mountain views! The beds: there is a mattress topper on the bed in the main bedroom and although the mattress still feels firm, it was very comfortable. In the twin bedroom, my 6 foot tall son’s legs hung off the bed since it’s not XL, and he didn’t find the mattress comfortable. The slats on the other bed were broken so the whole top half of that mattress was falling into the floor- I made the property owners aware of this so it should be repaired. We only had two issues: the heat and lack of humidifiers. First the heat- don’t bother messing with the thermostat in the upstairs bathroom because the whole house seems to be controlled by the downstairs thermostat. If the heat is on, the house gets very hot and you need to open doors and windows. We had to shut the heat off one night, and on another night i experimented and put it down 55; both times we woke up to the house being about 55-58 degrees which felt a lot better than when the heat was on. In the main bedroom, I was leaving the window and the balcony door open. We were too busy to experiment more, but I would say try setting it at 60 and see if it keeps it warm but not hot. As for humidifiers- it’s so dry coming from the southeast that humidifiers are a must. I had texted them prior to our arrival asking confirmation that there were humidifiers and was told yes. On arrival there were none. It’s an easy texting service for maintenance isssues so I was told they’d get on it, but evidently there’s a shortage so it took longer to get one, though I was told the house is supposed to have two. I had to ask a few times for the second one (one is not enough) and they brought it over our last day there (she did explain they were still hard to find!) and unfortunately this one leaked. The washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom works well, except for the finicky start on the dryer. Regardless, I still HIGHLY recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again! The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We had a car but most days chose to take the bus to the village which is a very short walk to the main road (1-2 minutes).

We loved this small, simple, perfect house in Vail. Fabulous and quiet neighborhood. So convenient (1 exit from Vail Village). Walk across the street into the neighborhood and head to the waterfall trail. The Gore Valley trails comes right by the house and is easy and beautiful to walk by. The house has everything you need and nothing more (in a good way). Hot tub and view are second to none. The hummingbirds in the summer are so much fun to watch and listen to. Stay here - the experience was perfect.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay in East Vail. The place was efficient with a great little kitchen, nice living room and comfortable bedroom. We loved being outside of the main, busy part of Vail. The place is within walking distance of some hikes and a creek. Our favorite part was the beautiful deck with views of trees and the awesome relaxing hot tub. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

I was looking for a small, clean well appointed updated house with a hot tub, deck and mountain views. This place was PERFECT! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals and the hot tub was actually hot! Amazing place to recover after a full days in the mountains. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great. Had a wonderful time. I loved the couches, fireplace, kitchen, hot tub and views from the deck and the master bedroom! Easy access, easy check in and wonderful service and communication from property manager. Fantastic location would definitely recommend and stay again.

SPECIAL POLICIES: Smoking, Pets, parking, shipping of luggage, wifi
  • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any residence. A minimum $500 fee may be charged if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in any residence. A minimum of $500 will be charged if pets or evidence of pets are discovered. If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $35 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots.
  • Shipping of luggage. 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions [https://www.bhhsvail.com/guest-services/shipping/]: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away. Ship your gear before you leave, and let 8110 Storage deliver it to your door when you get here!
  • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Phone app and is in the rental property.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
  • COVID-19 Quarantine- In the event that you learn that you or anyone in your party contracts COVID-19 during your stay and you are instructed to quarantine, we will do our best to work with you but make no guarantees that you will be able to quarantine in the same property. Additional charges will apply based on the rate at that time for any extension beyond your agreed upon checkout date.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
