This beautifully furnished home has it all, from transportation to access, from luxury to comfort. Cook on the gas grill, and warm yourself in front of the wood burning fireplace. High ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchen, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in bathroom, and a two car garage will make you feel at home. Also, there’s an EV electric car charger in the garage for usage if you have an electric vehicle. But why not keep the cars in the garage and walk one minute to the free Town of Vail shuttle!

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

This was a guys trip with 5 of us. The house was great with plenty of room. The kitchen needs a little attention on some of the cabinets but everything was great. The hot tub was running perfectly and all the other items in the house work well. The garage will fit a small SUV. No bigger than a Tahoe.

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2021 and loved it. The place was clean and in great condition. There is a creek literally 20 yards from your patio and the hot tub is huge. The bedrooms were roomy and the log cabin feel is amazing. It is next to a busy road, but we never had trouble with that. Stay here and you won't regret it.

This log cabin had a fantastic layout with rooms on each of the 3 floors. We felt that our crew of 7 people had plenty of room. The hot tub and Gore Creek provided fun amenities for our group. One improvement that could be made is dusting the fixtures and beams more often so that it feels cleaner.

This was a great home for us for a summer family getaway. Everything was nicely appointed and the location is really great! We especially enjoyed being right by the river, the hot tub and spacious rooms! My only suggestion is to replace the patio table which is falling apart and the broken rocking chair on the deck. Otherwise, a great place that we enjoyed very much!

We stayed here in June with 3 kids (1, 5 and 7) and the unit was perfect. Spacious enough so that we didn’t feel on top of each other. Having a full kitchen when traveling with 3 kids is almost a must have. We also did laundry almost daily which was a huge plus. Every day we walked to Lionshead village and used the pool at the resort. Staying here was great as you had the advantages of a condo with the amenities of a hotel. The older kids even went to kids yoga and mom was able to get a massage. Some reviews call the unit dated, but it was comfortable and clean and the beds were awesome. The Ritz (as usual) had their top notch customer service. It was the perfect set up for our family vacation and we would definitely come back again.

Location was great , being next to the river was relaxing !!

This home was perfect for us with 3 kids. It was a drive to the slopes but literally 10 mins max which worked perfectly for us. We loved this house and will hopefully be back next year.

“Great townhouse. Easy access to Lionshead on Frontage Road. The hot tub is spacious and clean. Beds are comfy and it was great to have a double size mattress on the Bunk Beds. The log style of the house made for a cozy stay during some great snow. Having a real fireplace was awesome. Only one downside that can't be helped- some noise from the Highway when sitting in the hot tub. But that is Vail.”

Nice log-style cabin with great bedroom configuration. The bunk bed had double bed mattresses. The hot tub was clean and hot! The check in instructions were clear and easy. Having 4 parking spots was very nice (and hard to find in Vail). The only downside was hearing the traffic on I - 70 - but that is Vail. Having a real wood burning fireplace was a treat. It would be nice for the owners to get one big sectional couch just to be able to seat a couple more people. Overall I recommend this duplex.

We could not have been happier staying anywhere else. It is very close to Lionshead Village and Vail Village. The shuttle stop was just a short walk from the house and very convenient to use. The house was very clean and spacious for the 6 of us staying there. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy ya'lls beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

We (3 kids and 4 adults) had a wonderful stay here in late July. House is even better than pictured or described. Gorgeous, spacious, secluded. Hot tub was huge and clean. Great location, as you are out of town but can very easily get in on shuttle or quick drive. Practically no one was home in the neighborhood at this time as well. The stream out front was perfect- gorgeous, natural and a hit with kids and adults. We loved having our own private access to it. MORE than enough room for our group.

We stayed with the family the week before Christmas and the log cabin house was perfect. It is close to the bus stop for back and forth to Vail Village and Lionshead. The ladies used the included spa which is very close. The bbq and hot tub were in perfect shape and we took advantage of both. Lots of space in house! Definitely a great place to stay in West Vail.

Steps from the free bus to the hill. Kitchen was used regularly as well as the grill outside. Hot tub was a great addition. Just a short drive (or bus) to the Safeway for food and beverages. Overall a very nice house/cabin! that is well located to get to to the mountain!!

This rental was everything we were expecting. There was a lot of room and it was great for children. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and I could have stayed here for weeks! The river out back was calming. We will definitely stay here again. This is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing hide and seek in this cabin. No complaints here.

The home was lovely and well maintained. The kids enjoyed splashing in the cold water of the creek and then warming up in the hot tub. The location was convenient to Vail and we appreciated being able to use the aria Club. My only complaint would be that the kitchen could be more well equipped, eg., bakeware. We would rent this unit again in the future.

The pictures of this house don't do it justice. It was huge, warm, and great for a big family! We traveled with 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 7. The hot tub was great and the sounds of the creek (more like a river this summer!) were great! Great living room space, dining area and deck. Awesome hiking, biking, and fishing near by. Hope to go back again soon.

I was a little hesitant at first since I was not familiar with the property I was renting, but I couldn’t have been happier. Everything was as it appeared in the picture and was described. The property was ideally located and beautifully appointed. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The mid-week cleaning during our stay was right on time, and the supply of wood for the fireplace really set the mood during the evening after coming in from the hot tub on the back deck. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, as we have already begun to plan our return trip next year, and I would like to give a special thanks to the people at Prudential Colorado Properties who manage the property. Their attention to detail and impeccable service were outstanding.

The Condo was wonderful. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was much larger than the information suggested. 9 of us stayed in the property and there was ample room. We loved our stay in the Lodges at Timber Creek#12C. The location was perfect for our trips to Vail and Beaver Creek and local golf courses.We loved having the creek out back and the hot tub on the upper deck. We had a great time and wish we could have taken more time to relax at the house but hiking, biking, 4 wheeling, ice skating, horse back riding and sightseeing took priority!

This house is just as described in the info. It is spacious and perfect for our family of seven. We had a wonderful stay even though my daughter broke her leg the first day on the slopes. She was able to climb up and down the steps in the house, and the walk-in shower was so helpful. The heated garage meant that she never had to walk in snow and ice. (Especially since we are from Alabama and never walk in snow and ice!) It was very comfortable and very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to board games.

If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights.   • No Parties: Renter agrees to not have or permit any party in the residence or on a related area such as a lawn, driveway, porch, patio, or balcony.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $35 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots. FOR ALL PROPERTIES, PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM FINE OF $100 OR MORE PER VEHICLE PER DAY.
  • Shipping of any items. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE RESIDENCE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT! We are not responsible for any lost or missing items that are shipped to the residence or our office.  For luggage please refer to the following information: 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions [https://www.bhhsvail.com/guest-services/shipping/]: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away.   • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Phone app and is in the rental property.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
  • COVID-19 Quarantine- In the event that you learn that you or anyone in your party contracts COVID-19 during your stay and you are instructed to quarantine, we will do our best to work with you but make no guarantees that you will be able to quarantine in the same property. Additional charges will apply based on the rate at that time for any extension beyond your agreed upon checkout date.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you.   4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
