Welcome to Lionsquare Lodge, perfectly positioned to provide everything you need to fully experience all Vail has to offer. This exemplary condominium has an utterly unique layout. In addition to the master bedroom it has a separately appropriated guest bedroom section with bunks, as part of the living space, equipped with privacy doors. Singular in it’s narrow design, it’s surprisingly roomy. It exhibits fashionable furnishings of artistic wooden craftsmanship reminiscent of a logged cabin in the woods. Rustically refined, the earthy tones of the living space afford just the right combination of style and comfort. Even the ceramic sink in the bathroom is modeled to look like wood. Warm and welcoming, the gas fireplace adds the finishing touch to what will be definitely be time well spent. It affords the added convenience of covered parking, adjacent to the building.

LS #190 is mere steps from the slopes in the Lionsquare North building. From right by the base of the Lionshead Gondola and Born Free Express chairlift, you and your favorite people can gaze at views of Vail Mountain and the luxurious Lionsquare Lodge property. It is difficult to find a better location the entire Vail Valley! There is a fabulous workout room just down the hallway, and a secluded hot tub exclusively for the north building. A full-size, year round swimming pool, slopeside hot tubs, and sauna are at your disposal at the adjacent Lion Square Lodge, as is the savory El Sabor Restaurant. If this home is available, we suggest you make it the center of your vacation plans!

Because your safety, health and well being are of vital importance to us, we are taking extra pre-cautionary care in maintaining the cleanliness of all our properties, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

The condo is close to the village, which has an abundance of shopping and restaurants. The gondola is very easy to get to and worth every penny. There are plenty of activities to enjoy at the top and the ride itself is very relaxing. Overall, a very good experience.

Pros: Loved the short walk to the gondola, shopping and restaurants. It is fully stocked with any kitchen gadget you need. Plenty of towels and other supplies needed. Covered parking was a plus. Nice workout room. Management texted us to make sure we had all we needed. Cons: People above us were very loud. You could hear talking in the units beside and above us. Overall, found this place very nice and would stay here again.

Our family of four stayed at this location. Great experience, nice rooms & good access to ski school for our kids & the gondola. Parking of cars was right outside our room are so that was a great plus! Only downside I could think of was that the corridors are not covered & hence you walk from your room directly into a very cold area & then back into the main reception, which is heated & then back out again into a very cold area. Overall, great stay!

We had a great time! The weather was amazing. Location is great. My girls loved the hot tubs and pool and the location next to the river is super relaxing. The "cube" extra room with bunkbeds was pretty cool. The bunkbeds could easily fit two kids on each of the beds and the mattresses were comfy. It was nice having two full sized bath. The kitchen was a nice size and had everything you needed including a washer/dryer. The entire family appreciated the black out blinds and extra box fans

What a great place. We spent 4 nights and spent 2 days renting downhill mountain bikes. Very close to the gondola and shops. We had a family of 4 and the condo was perfect for us. Will be back.

Fantastic location, great property; we had a minor hiccup at the beginning with the condo not being cleaned before we were given keys--BUT, we were given keys earlier than the usual check-in time, and the issue was very quickly rectified. Fully stocked kitchen, great layout, plenty of lounging space. Our kids (16 and 13) loved having their own queen-size bunk bed. My husband was particularly fond of the "La-Z" couches 🙂 2 minute walk to the lift/gondola, and a 5 minute walk to grocery market. Would highly recommend.

This is a first floor condo near the Arabelle/Eagle Bahn Gond. For our family of 5 it was great. The fold-out partitions to close the bunks did the job for the most part. Great kitchen and clean bathrooms. Grill on the patio (we didn't have time to use it). Access to pool and hot tubs just across street--these are below the bridge by the gondola. Perfect parking and access to Gore Creek Trail. Was a bit warm with no AC and can be loud on first floor with windows open. Fantastic location and we had a wonderful visit!

Our first time in Vail. The location of the Condo made it very easy for the boys to rent skis and hit the slopes, which was very important to us. They could take breaks during the day at the Condo without losing more than a few minutes walking from lift to Condo. The double queen bunks with the hideaway doors and private bath allowed them to have their own space while my wife and I took the King room with its own private bath. It was a unique floor plan that we appreciated very much. The down and out parking literally 20 feet from the Condo door in the secured, covered garage made for easy loading and unloading. And the patio with the beautiful view of the slopes over the one building between us and the mountain was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, furniture and electronics were updated and worked flawlessly. The hot water spigot at the sink was perfect for hot tea. The unit was clean and ready upon our arrival.

Great location! Very clean, close to slopes and restaurants. Hot tub and work out area right down hallway. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook nice meals (excluding a wine opener... which was a surprise but we left the one we purchased there for future guests!) Fireplace was great after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend!

This condo was near perfect in every way. The location was perfect for almost every activity you wanted to do. You could walk to lunch, dinner or breakfast and shops and the scenery was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone in the summer or winter. This condo had all the comforts of home. The only problem we had was trying to find where you check in. A little confusing trying to find the offices. Once that was figured out it was smooth sailing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us. Hope to be back next summer!

We have stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years. The location is PERFECT. Right downtown and close to trails. I've stayed here with just my husband and I, with our whole family of 5, and have spent a few nights here with a small group of friends. It's been perfect for us each time. The home is clean and well stocked with anything you may need, the parking is convenient, the front desk is very helpful, and the hot tub and pool nestled up agains the mountain is exactly what you hope for on a weekend trip to Vail. I cannot say enough just how much we've enjoyed our times at this wonderful home!

You can’t beat the location and amenities of this place. We were so thrilled to find a property that was a breeze to get in and out of, and also walkable to the beautiful Vail village. This condo cannot be beat for it's mix of luxury, convenience, and slope-side access. The complex is situated directly next to the Lionshead Gondola - any closer and you'd be on the lift. The unit is also in immediate proximity to the ski school and ticketing area, as well as Lionshead's various restaurants, bars, shops, and skating rink. There is a rental shop right on the property, as well as a ski valet. After a day on the slopes, it became a daily routine to visit the outdoor heated pool, hot-tubs, and sauna. I confess I did not make much use of the gym - but it's there if you've still got the energy! All facilities are top-notch. Parking for this unit is directly in front of the door, in a gated garage, with heated road/walkway leading in to melt any snow/ice. If you want to venture out, there is a free shuttle that connects Lionshead village to Vail Village, and everything in between. You can get to any of the main restaurants and apres-ski hang-outs with ease. Not to mention the renowned dining at the Arrabelle's restaurant and bar - less than a minute walk from your door. The unit has all the high-end finishes one would expect to go with such a location, and decor that fits the Colorado vibe - wood furnishings, leather coaches, earth-tone tile - beautifully done. There are two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in for breakfast, or wish to meet up for lunch - one of the perks of staying slope-side! We went out to eat most nights, but still found ourselves using the kitchen quite often. There is a convenience store around the corner for basics, and a full super-market just a 2-minutes drive away (or take the free shuttle). I have stayed in this particular unit in this complex numerous times. I recommend it to anyone looking for fast access to Vail's vast terrain, and who appreciates a comfortable place to kick-back when the day is done.

  • 50% of total rental cost is due upon booking.
  • Balance of total rental cost is due 60 days prior to your reservation start date for winter. Balances will be charged to the card on file automatically. Confirmations automatically go out when payments are received.
  • Total rental costs are due upon booking for reservations made within 60 days of the reservations start date.
  • For bookings of one month or longer the balance of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to the reservation start date.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
  • Free cancellations within 24 hours of booking for reservations made outside of 30 days.
  • A $150 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable for any reason on cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler's insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or on the day of final payment to purchase.
  • Partial or pro-rated funds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, transportation delays, pandemics, COVID-19 outbreaks, resort closures or governmental orders. CHECK IN/OUT POLICIES:
  • Check in time is 4:00pm. Note that the property is not guaranteed to be ready until 4:00pm.  If you are arriving sooner, please make prior arrangements for your luggage etc. Not all properties have a storage area or lobby. Although check-in times are stated, the respective check-in time is not guaranteed and may be delayed as a result of unforeseen events.
  • Check out is at 10:00am. You must receive prior written approval at least 3 days prior to departure date for a later time to avoid an additional charge.
  • If we can accommodate your request for different times, we may tentatively approve your request. Note however, pre approved times may need to be cancelled.
  • A fee will be charged for last-minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
  • We provide a starter of hand sanitizer, fine soap, shampoo/conditioner combo and body lotion.  We do not restock these amenities during your stay so please plan accordingly. We do supply laundry detergent.
  • Each bathroom is stocked with 4 sets of towels.  Additional towels can be provided for a small additional fee.
  • Daily or additional housekeeping service is available to the guest at an additional charge.
  • The Ritz Carlton reservations receive daily housekeeping.
  • Housekeeping will arrive between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Please note our housekeepers drive to each of our properties, and are not located on-site. If housekeeping is turned away by your party on their scheduled day & time, there will be a fee for housekeeping to return at another time. There is no guarantee that housekeeping will be able to return on that same day for housekeeping services.
  • COVID-19 Housekeeping- Please see our website bhhsvail.com and read the COVID-19 remarks section at the top of the website to see the steps we are taking.
SPECIAL POLICIES: Smoking, Pets, parking, shipping of luggage, wifi
  • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any residence. A minimum $500 fee may be charged if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in residences (*see exceptions). A minimum of $500 will be charged if pets or evidence of pets are discovered. If a pet is discovered during your stay you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given for remaining nights. [*Exceptions (4): Timber Creek Lodges 10B; Bighorn Residence 4515; 5025 Main Gore Place; Tall Pines. NO other properties allow pets]
  • No Parties: Renter agrees to not have or permit any party in the residence or on a related area such as a lawn, driveway, porch, patio, or balcony.
  • Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding. Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $35 per night.
  • Parking: Properties have limited parking spaces and availability. Each garage has clearance restrictions. Please plan accordingly. You can visit our website for parking accommodations for the property you reserved, or email our office for more information prior to your arrival. There are parking fees that apply to the Ritz Carlton rentals. Parking passes required in many parking lots. FOR ALL PROPERTIES, PARKING VIOLATIONS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM FINE OF $100 OR MORE PER VEHICLE PER DAY.
  • Shipping of any items. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE RESIDENCE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT! We are not responsible for any lost or missing items that are shipped to the residence or our office.  For luggage please refer to the following information: 8110 Shipping & Storage Solutions [https://www.bhhsvail.com/guest-services/shipping/]: Airline travel is challenging enough these days. Let 8110 Storage take all of that hassle away. Ship your gear before you leave, and let 8110 Storage deliver it to your door when you get here! For any other items, you can use the UPS offices (there may be a fee) located in West Vail [ph. (970) 476-3292, 2121 N Frontage Rd W, Vail, Colorado 81657] OR Avon [ph. (970) 949-0615, 150 E Beaver Creek Blvd A102, Avon, CO 81620].
  • Internet: If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretion though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. Wifi access instructions will be provided in our Phone app and is in the rental property.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
  • COVID-19 Quarantine- In the event that you learn that you or anyone in your party contracts COVID-19 during your stay and you are instructed to quarantine, we will do our best to work with you but make no guarantees that you will be able to quarantine in the same property. Additional charges will apply based on the rate at that time for any extension beyond your agreed upon checkout date.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
  7. A fee will be charged for last minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs.
