The living space is bright and airy, extraordinarily yet fashionably furnished with a traditionally refined mountain penthouse decor. This singular property boasts high vaulted wooden beamed ceilings and a large arched bay window with padded seating for taking in the sun. There’s a spacious gourmet kitchen. Hardwood flooring throughout. Warm and welcoming gas fireplace. The prominent entertainment center is centrally located. Extensive balcony. Parking is at a premium with a designated space in the heated garage right next to the private door directly from garage to unit.

Experience this roomy 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ski-in/ski-out condominium located a stone's throw from the Arrowhead Express chairlift. Gorgeous mountain views and a very quick walk are just the tip of the iceberg! This 2,700 square foot home was recently remodeled and affords HD TVs, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and a comfortable deck gazing at the slopes. Guests of this amazing property can use the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs located near the chairlift at no additional charge. A shuttle is also available to take you to the main Beaver Creek village for delicious cookies or a luxury dinner. Warning: you might never want to leave!

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

We stayed at this Arrowhead property for 4 nights and had a great stay. It's 3 levels so you'll need to climb some stairs, but the rooms are nicely set up with humidifiers, extra blankets, etc. We've stayed at LOTS of VRBOs and the kitchen here wasn't quite as well appointed (if you're a chef, you'll be frustrated), but definitely enough to cook the basics. The bunk beds are pretty stiff beds and the King in the master is not (def had to sleep on my back).

Very much enjoyed our time in the large, high-end home. One of the largest ski homes we have ever rented. Comfortable beds, gourmet kitchen, and plenty of room. The location is just steps from the Arrow Bahn lift (#17) in Arrowhead. Good and responsive management communication. We would rent again on our next BC trip.

A spacious, comfortable, well-appointed three bedroom condominium at Arrowhead. Instantly seemed like home. Wonderful living spaces with plenty of light made this a perfect place for my family to gather for a ski week. Plenty of privacy with three bedrooms that accommodate six adults. Just a few minutes walk to the Arrowhead lift that services what seems like its own private ski area. Convenient underground parking right next to the entranceway to the condominium. Well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely rent this property again for our next visit to Beaver Creek.

The proximity to the lift was perfect. We really loved the high end kitchen appliances and ample space for eating and entertaining. Bedrooms were not as high end as the kitchen but were ok. Curtains would not close in queen bedroom, which was a problem for a main floor bedroom. The garage parking was nice.

This was a wonderful place!! Spacious bedrooms, each with their own baths. Immaculately clean and and top floor living area/kitchen is ideal for a big group with kids because of space and ample seating. The ski in and out to the Arrowhead lift made it so simple to get out and ski with the kids. I can’t say enough about this particular convenience factor if you’ve got young kids. Overall a terrific place and I would book again in a second. I’m an extremely picky person and I was very pleased!

We had a great time in this property. It was a beautiful condo and had plenty of space for the six of us. Only complaint was that the second bedroom curtains only covered half the window. Not sure if they were cleaned and never put back up but we made due with a blanket. Overall it was a great trip and would stay here again.

“We really enjoyed staying at the Buffalo Park #3 home. The place is located within view of the lift and ski shop. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, with soft towels and nice linen. The bathrooms are upgraded, and en suite. A private stair brings you up from the assigned underground parking. There is a patio off the master bedroom and two decks off the open concept upper floor. The kitchen appliances are all professional grade. There is a washer and dryer. The WiFi worked perfectly. Check in and check out went smoothly. We love staying in Arrowhead Village, it is peaceful and quiet. There are some excellent restaurants in nearby Edwards, or Avon.”

The property was as described and pictured. Very well maintained and clean. Appeared to have been recently updated. Ample towels, toiletries and kitchen amenities were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cooking items, etc.,... This property is a great ski-in ski-out. We enjoyed coming back to the house for lunch most days. We also enjoyed the bands after skiing at both Arrowhead and Beaver Creek. Several good restaurants in Edwards and also very close. We would highly recommend this property.

I rented this place for a group of 5 friends, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and towels were high quality. The only slight knock is that there are three levels -- with main living on top (which made getting equipment, etc. in a little more difficult). Most importantly, the unit was well located about 50 yards to the Arrowhead lift.

  • Home Electronics: If any wiring, electronics, or settings are altered by the guest or anyone in the party, then a fee starting at $100 per hour will be billed to your payment method on file for an A/V technician to correct and repair. This includes but is not limited to settings and wiring changes caused by adding your own devices to TV inputs, as well as missing batteries from remotes or any other device in the residence.
  • Furniture, furnishings, appliances, and other items within vacation rental properties: All vacation residences are privately owned, and, as such, are furnished by, and used by, the respective rental property owners. Therefore, guests are not permitted to relocate any furniture, furnishings, appliances, and/or other items located throughout the vacation residence. Further, any television/cable remote control devices or ceiling fan remote control devices must be returned to the room or rooms where they were originally found. If furniture, furnishings, appliances and/or other items are relocated by the guest or others, the guest will be assessed for all charges to replace the respective items to the original location.
  • Repairs: Although each vacation residence is inspected prior to guest arrivals, there may be items that could require attention during the guest stay. If any item(s) that may require repair are discovered during inspection and/or guest occupancy, the guest is requested to contact the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office.
  • Amenities: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices cannot guarantee that all amenities (pools, hot tubs, coffee makers, etc.) will be in working condition. We will attempt to repair broken amenities as quickly as possible depending on third party vendor and parts availability. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices does not have control over when an amenity may malfunction. Accordingly, no full and/or partial refunds whatsoever will be provided to the registered guest. ALL AMENITIES ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please inspect each amenity prior to using. Should any problems be determined please do not use and promptly contact us.
  • Lockouts: Should the guest and/or any occupant(s) lock themselves out of their rental residence and a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices representative is dispatched to unlock said property, a service fee will be assessed to the guest.
  • Minimum required age of primary renter is 25 years or older.
  • We take a zero-tolerance approach to charge back fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited charge back request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to Us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to You in such circumstances.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. There are risks inherent in and associated with the use of any property, including the rental property, which may include risks of injury to person or property, or death. Certain risks may be more likely to occur in high altitude locales with severe climates, such as where the rental property is located. Call the rental company immediately if there is any matter about which you are uncertain or which you believe may present an unreasonable risk to you. Risks which may be inherent to the rental property and the location in which it is located may include, without limitation: wet, slippery, or icy conditions both inside and out; falling snow or ice; exposure to a virus or COVID-19, being in proximity of, or use of, a swimming pool, bathtub or hot tub including without limitation risks of, drowning, heart attack, stroke or reactions to pool or cleaning chemicals; allergic or other reaction to cleaning or "freshening" products; allergic or other reaction to manmade and synthetic materials; actions of third parties not under the control of the property manager or unit owner; theft of, or damage to, personal property; electric shock or other injury in the use, or misuse, of any electric appliance or mechanical devise; risk of injury in the use of garbage disposals, trash compactors, steam showers, saunas and other similar appliances. Pregnant females (or women who suspect they may be pregnant) may be subject to particular risks and should consult a physician before using a hot tub or spa. Alcohol and other state-altering substances should not be used in or around a pool, hot tub, bath tub or sauna. The rental guests assume these risks, whether enumerated or not, known or unknown, on their own behalf and on behalf of any person under any legal incapacity for whom the rental guests may be responsible. Guests will be charged for the following items below if applicable:
  1. Repair or replacement cost of broken or missing items.
  2. Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Any requested incidental charges incurred by me or my party during our stay.
  4. $25 for each unit key NOT returned upon my departure. I understand keys can be left in the unit.
  5. $500 minimum should smoking occur in the unit.
  6. Steam cleaning of carpet and furniture should I or any of my guests or party bring a pet or pets into the property. I understand that no pets are allowed inside the property being rented by me.
  7. A fee will be charged for last minute, and/or unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs.
